It's time to circle back to Tim Schwab's book "The Bill Gates Problem".
The Bill Gates Problem: Reckoning with the Myth of the Good Billionaire by Tim Schwab, Paperback | Barnes & Noble®
He has managed to make contacts within the Gates Foundation and ex employees, and everyone is afraid to talk on the record because of the non disclosure agreements they have been forced to sign.
Tim looks through the lens that the jabs were great and he's definitely not a "conspiracy" person.
Page 253 he goes into the benefits that the Gates Foundation provides to the staff.
"At the foundation's extravagant headquarters in Seattle, you'll find a private medical clinic and also a gym with free personal trainers. Staff have top of the line insurance, access to backup childcare, and, according to one document, up to $1500 to support 'employees in managing their work and personal life.' Foundation staff are also highly remunerated."
"The foundation's most recent annual IRS tax filing repots that it had 1,843 employees and paid out close to $500 million in annual salaries and benefits- an average compensation package of around $[25]0,000."
This stood out- 52 weeks leave for new mothers and fathers.
Why does this fit with MacKenzie Scott- 25 years of marriage and divorcing #2 when she was 52
CEO Mark Suzman earns close to $1.5 million.
I'm going to break this down because there's lots to cover.
