In my opinion it aint gonna happen and all of this is one huge load of karp, especially the Q thing. Solets suppose that Israel is nuked off the face of the earth and no God returns. At that point all Christans would think regligion is bunk and raise hell among the earth. As far as the other faiths I am unsure of their take.
In a way the Israel thing above may balance the world as a Second Crusade woud begin and Islam would be wiped out.
