I’ve been avoiding this one but people keep posting about it on Twitter.
i think hoax.
supposedly hit an electric line and fell to ground.
One of the big South American/Mexican UFOologist picked it up and reporting on it. I don’t trust him.
HERE IS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL VIDEOS ABOUT IT THAT SHOW IT WELL: Twitter video of sphere
Here is video of guy I don’t like, but it shows the sphere better.

Hmm, this video looks a little too "found footage"... makes me think it's an advertising campaign...
The sphere flying and being "captured": https://x.com/TechnologyMaf/status/1913278667905708040
An article from Columbia:
Quote:Llama la atención también que el video ha sido replicado por varias cuentas de TikTok e Instagram dedicadas al marketing, por lo que la sospecha mayor recae en que se trate de una campaña publicitaria de expectativa, aun sin saber a qué marca o evento corresponda. ("It's also striking that the video has been replicated by several TikTok and Instagram marketing accounts, so the strongest suspicion is that it's an advertising campaign, even though it's not known which brand or event it corresponds to.")

Interesting to see some of the water evaporate off, there is some heat going on inside the ball. As for what it is and what it can do? Nothing stands out on an engineering level with what can be achieved these days.
There is something to the balls of light like the Willow wisps, Min Min lights and what makes some of these crop circles. Any story or evidence of this ball wanting one to buckle up before the kicker?

LOL, that looks like what could be the next official UEFA football for some future World Cup.
On a serious note, strikingly similar to Handpan drums you can buy..., they make great UFOs

That UFOlogist must be the luckiest UFOlogist in the world having a real UFO sphere literally fall at his feet. What is the name of this UFOlogist? We need to do a check on his background to see if he is trying to make a name for himself or if his hobby is playing with magnets for levitation. Slow falls balls inside sphere which may have been released by an unseen drone? We can go on together with suspicious minds!
Edit to Add: From Reddit: "Given it appears to be associated with Jaime Maussan, a Mexican journalist and ufologist known for promoting alleged extraterrestrial artifacts." So, I will look into this guy for more information.
Edit to add: The radiologist's name is "Jose Luis Velazquez" who did the assessments. So we might want to look into how all three of these men are connected (?) (AI offering: "In summary, radiologists have a deep understanding of the physics of magnetism, the behavior of metals in magnetic fields, and the potential risks and limitations of MRI in the presence of metal. This knowledge is essential for ensuring patient safety, optimizing image quality, and providing accurate diagnoses."). Question. Did this radiologist have his own diagnostic equipment, if not, why would his employer allow him to use their equipment? Where were these diagnostics performed?
I am skeptical. The video below seems to match what the researcher/journalist? Nacho Rojo believed in its layers except for the smaller spheres.
I am wondering if we can assume this is a DIY project that perhaps smaller magnets or other means to have the sphere levitate were inserted inside when compressing it?

i don’t know his name but he is famous in Mexico, been on several history channel programs, i always get a vibe that makes me not want to believe a thing he says.
i was already highly skeptical of this sphere, his involvement screams scam to me.
but its going absolutely viral across twitter ufo scene.

We who want real evidence and disclosure may be grasping at any straw due to being teased along recently. It's sad, really.

Absolutely!
There has been more out this year than the last several.
i think there are real UFO’s, I just don’t know if they are man made or… other.
was leaning to "other," now I’ve swung back to man made.

I too swing both ways too (lol) but only after doing my own research, as best as I can do, which isn't great. Then I end up usually back to man made, with great disappointment.
I know there are real alien craft and that government may have retrieved them, but it seems there is no way to penetrate that shadow realm. Yet!
