I found this archived article about British Telecom way back in 1996 developing well here I'm just gonna put a quote from the article here.


"Scientists from British Telecom's Laboratory today announced a memory chip for the human brain. No kidding.

So I tried to find out more information about this because it made me think of two things, obviously............

1. Neuralink
2. Optic Nerve makes me think of the "black eye" club and/or theory of the Vrill eye implant things.

BUT I CAN'T FIND ANY MORE INFO ABOUT THIS!

Was it abandoned? Did anything come from it? Is this where Elon got the Neuralink idea?!

The article also mentions that this technology can be used for things like monitoring your heart to let you know if you're about to have a heart attack and monitoring diabetics to know when they need insulin.

Doesn't the diabetes monitoring implant already exist?

Do you guys think the elites already are using this to create an archive of their consciousness to be uploaded into super-human cyborg robots in order to achieve immortality?

Lot of stories, dreams and nightmares where all this technology is going. I do like Elon's approach to be maximum truth seeking to have any chance. If the Epstien like blackmail culture is to dominate this technology with fear and ignorance at the helm, its gonna be next level hell.

You're welcome - I have a copy myself, and it's sitting on my nightstand right now, actually.  I don't want to discourage you, but it's very difficult to read, because it's so technologically dense.  Robert Duncan was a scientific and technological genius, which is probably why he was so heavily involved in such work.  But I have never read this book from cover to cover, but I do look at the contents and reference stuff.  I have an OCR-d scan of the book in .pdf format, if you'd like a digital copy.  I can probably PM you a link sometime soon.  

Targeted Individuals is pretty much a guaranteed phenomenon.  The "soul catcher" technology can remotely dial in to people's brain waves... okay, that sounds crazy, but there is an NSA lawsuit from a whistleblower named John St. Clair Akwei, from 1992 era technology, that details the exact technologies that are used to do what is called "Remote Neural Monitoring".  Robert Duncan also discussed this in his online book 'The Matrix Deciphered'.  In the introduction, he explains the remote sensing technologies of EEG cloning and EEG heterodyning, which is basically "synthetic telepathy", or "Remote Neural Monitoring".  Same technology.  They can tap in to anyone's brain/body by dialling in to it with their proprietary technology, under the NSA SIGINT, Signals Intelligence: http://www.whale.to/b/nsa7.html
