Very sweet, but also a bit sad. Thank you for sharing, I love the song.

I also love this song, so carefree and uplifting. We all need to allow ourselves days like that even as grown-ups because it is super healthy for the mind and body, and our spirit.  Tongue

Some great music on here I'd never heard of before. Beer

Know it's a bit 1980's but always really loved this one.

I do find it a bit strange that most songs that touch my heart are old songs.

Here is another lovely old song.

So as a young impressionable child it was "Little Drummer Boy'. Now into middle school it was "Greensleeves" and "Tip Through to the Tulips with me".

Stay tuned for the teenage experience in the mid-60s.

Edit to update:

So "Tip Through the Tulips With Me" was more of a shocking realization of how men can be so different.

As a young teenager at a stage of learning and trying to figure out my feelings and what touches my heart without any experience in romance and adult love, but rather having experience in family caring and loyalty, the song "Call Me (and I'll be around)" struck me as a notion or path forward as a place where my heart wanted to be.
