So I went grocery shopping ...

So I went grocery shopping ... and there were boxes and boxes of Halloween candy in the candy aisle.   Big ol' orange Holiday boxes with haunted houses and full moons and bats on them.

Kinda rushing the season along .... aren't they?

I guess I should be glad that they at least waited until after Fourth of July.

This is the same grocery store that at Christmas last year had the Christmas candy out and also the Valentines candy and Easter Candy.    Yeah ... at Christmas.

Rush rush rush.

And before anyone asks ... no I didn't buy any bags of Halloween candy to munch on.

That's just the old crap from last year they've had stored in a hot humid warehouse and they're trying to get rid of it.

My Son works for Hershey's and they're working 60 hour weeks to churn out all the holiday stuff.

Thats one reason I order pickup or delivery or have it shipped in... I loathe grocery shopping now

I can't stand the huge stores anymore, the vegetables mostly suck, and I don't know what's going on with the papayas..

I do better ordering, LOL I get less, and it's planned better

Bring me Halloween! I hate summers in AZ!

They are stocking the local Spirit Halloween store already. Should be open in a week or so.

Hobby Lobby already has a wall of fake pumpkins.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

I can smell the toxic rubber and plastic fumes from here!
That semi sweet semi nauseating smell of cancer and colour.

Michaels has the Halloween stuff all in the front of the store too.
I love Oct/Nov/Dec but it's seriously early ... it's 90 degrees out and the middle of July!
