You need to get out in nature and you need to talk with people IRL. I go look for helpers/teachers/coaches/councilors/confessors all the time, often they come to me. This isn't the only stuff that is going on in your life, we both know it.

Shadow people can be malevolent evil feeding entities.
But they can also be projections or egregores.
I have only experienced the former.

Everything is alive. When you expand your consciousness and connect with everything you find the world covered in shit. Enlightened ones shouting down from the mountaintop to come up is deaf dumb and blind. When you connect with everything you connect to ALL people. All off their thoughts and dreams, there can be no secrets. All is laid bare, all the memories and emotions that goes with it. I have experienced many miracles and horrors, no one will believe. You would ask for proof. If I gave it to you, would you worship me as a prophet from Jesus? Will you bring me flowers when I perform a healing? No you would burn me at the stake.

What memories will you chose to keep? You can't leave the bad ones behind when you take the good. Who will you have to forget, can you leave anyone? You will be dragged through the fire and cast into the abyss.

The only awakening in life is realizing what you have done and will continue to do unless everyone else wakes up also. You need a savior. Who created the matrix, who put the shopping baskets next to the magazines with the pretty faces? Consumerism consumes us, we eat ourselves.

If this is true then that is true, we don't make the connections because of fear and guilt. We can see the future and the past and never the present becasue we are consumed by demons.

Must I escape the soul trap and forsake all my memories just so that you can forget yours? Do you love me? What is left at the end of your life but memories. My memories are sacred and you cannot take them away from me, they are a divine creation! Everything is. You are and I am and we are one. There is no I am this or that body mind or soul. I am. We are all one and we are all one with God. Love is all there is, nothing else matter's' until you manifest it.

Like monks undergoing meditation where they are flying around Tibet have measurable brainwaves similar to that of lucid dreaming. They both have same unsleep-like hightened Theta and Gamma wave output. The brainwaves essentially go low and high simultaneously.

Just there are "two realms" of answers to turn to, and while I'm not some angry Christopher Hitchins atheist punk, I'm not willing to accept I need to fear noncorporeal entities like they are servants of a dangerous shadow realm. Instead the two realms are a Theta Realm and a Gamma Realm.

Instead, I think we let in archetypal stories and characters that tap our social narratives and play us a movie of our culture. And states similar to dreams with more aware brain functioning makes the unconscious fantasy become experienced as real.

And when you tap that well of social narrative you pull your bias from the dark archetypal abyss. You let your own projections of evil win.

that's not to say it can't be hell, every superstition of torture and every entity of pain is waiting there, for you to breath life into.  And is there really any difference between real or not at that point?

I think there is a theory about how 'high strangeness' events/encounters are actually people getting in contact with other people dreams. Might not explain every case, though it seems like an interesting avenue to explore in my opinion.

I've heard of alleged computer program's that can use electromagnetic frequencies to go all fucking Inception on people.  I don't think you even need Christipher Nolan's annoying deus ex machina rules to do it either. 

I don't know how accurate what you say would be though. Like it could be closer to a google search,  like approximate communication, where you can only get as far as "The most likely" answers? 

Just guessing, could be really accurate, but now it's getting into telepathy, which I imagine would also have abnormally high and abnormally low brainwaves occurring at the same time.
