It's even more depressing that 99.99% of my 'messages' are not really 'for' me... but just like sticky alerts.

I agree whole-hardheartedly that there is so much room for improvement.

"Magic solutions," anyone?

Under edit options make sure "Default Thread Subscription Mode" is set to "No Notification".

Then, under Subs on the main menu bar, click "Remove All Subscriptions" at the lower left. Or, if you want to keep the subscription, on each page click the top-right checkbox to select all the threads on that page, then change the "With Selected" dropdown below that to "Change to no notification" and click "Go". If you do that you'll have to do it for every page that has any threads that don't say "No Notification".

I don't think it's supposed to work that way, I have to check.

Quote:also there is bug i think that when your own mailbox gets full and you go and check messages and press delete it does not delete them but moves them into 'trash can'. and that still counts as messages in your mailbox so it is still full and people can't send you messages. and you need to go to trash can and check the messages again and then delete them there and it will actually delete them and then people can send you messages again.

That looks like the normal way of working, otherwise everyone would have an infinite box full of deleted messages.

Quote:and perhaps a suggestion of a banner when mailbox is full so that you know if people are trying send you messages and aren't? there is one now but only in mailbox, i mean in main home page.

I think that would be good. Thumbup

Thank you...  Thumbup

Unfortunately, for me as a Moderator, it leaves a bit to be desired...

But that is because of how I wish to use it...

Yes I imagine so or something; really nothing too abstract about it. But I had sort of assumed you mods didn't have the standard mailbox maximum message limits.

Nope... no bells and whistles... maybe someday.
