I wouldn't trust anything the cops say regarding this incident.

The twelve year old calls them 'kid bashers', which is perhaps an unusual choice of words in this type of situation. I can think of more commonly used slurs.

There seems to be an accusation of assault on the girl's sister culminating in a blow to the back of her head. That would make more sense given the choice of words used. The young girl telling them to keep back whilst the Bulgarian is filming and moving towards her and saying 'show the knife' doesn't really sit well either. He certainly isn't afraid of anything.

As I have said previously here, I can't see the girl carrying those weapons around. She has fetched them from somewhere over some sort of confrontation which we have no real information on.

Should the girl be charged with carrying offensive weapons? Of course she should but I wouldn't trust the police regarding reporting what has led up to the drama. The truth might come out at some point but given the fact that she is a minor she will end up in front of a children's panel of some sort with social workers involved and it will all be kept private.

The Bulgarians gypsy of course will end up with a happy 'gofundme' page so innocent or not, he will be nicely 'compensated'!

What is accomplished, nothing, people are desensitize, radical people does radicle things from what they get in the media based on lived experience, the desensitized population does nothing because they want to protect their castles. Radicals become more radical, terrorism commences, if victorious, it's called a revolution and atrocities are swept under the rug after a puppet show. Guilt, greed and self justification starts the theatre for the next generation

If you go watch her TikTok, that Ultra Budgie so kindly posted, you will see her pal carrying a mash hammer around committing crimes, so they probably all carry weapons about town/streets like every other little ned.
 
And I think you may find it's the little neds whose crowdfunding reached about £65,000 because of misplaced racist donations, not the Bulgarian fellow.
 
I cannot see how he could be compensated, as no assault was charged, so criminal injuries would be negligible, if paid at all.

My bet is they are making it up in an attempt to justify their actions, but video, CCTV, and witness statements blew their stupid lies out of the water.

At the end of the day, this is about racism disguised as patriotism, and Scotland is simply not that racist.
 
Additionally, if she went back home to get the weapons, because she felt threatened, why not tell the parents her sister had just been hit by someone?

The girl, is the one carrying offensive weapons and breaking the law. 

The girl is a little ned, if in doubt, watch the TikToks.

And look at what she obviously finds cool and acceptable.

The problem is that society certainly does not consider her antics acceptable, nor the law of the land, which was upheld and enforced.

She's not being crucified, she's being charged with carrying an offensive weapons, because that's what she was doing.
