Where it’s been determined if the girls had a pipe they still me in as much trouble.  So the table knife and hatch are actually irrelevant.  

 I’ve made it clear to my daughter if she is ever bullied at school just punch the person.  There will still be consequences, but I’ll still stand behind her.  If some older dude was fallowing her around and filming her, I’d be more than happy for her to grab the axe.  Rocks.  Brach.  Whatever she needs as a deterrent.

The dude videoed their attack and contacted the police, with evidence to support his claims.

How is going through a park "fallowing" her around? 

Photography is my hobby.  I can take pictures of my kid at the playground.  If other children happen to get in the picture, where I try to minimize it, it’s not a big deal.

I can’t just photograph other child.  That’s f’s up.  And would rightly get my ass handed to me.  

Added.  Where the dude should be a man and called the law if the girls wronged him is someway.

You are seriously defending a guy that was following around two teenage girls filling them.  Where he is explicitly told to stop when it becomes unwanted behavior at that point.  So that makes it stalking, harassment, and invasion of privacy.  

Where you justify it by calling two teenager girls you never met Ned’s.  So as an adult you can feel better about yourself and pay tribute to your optics god.  Where you ignore those girls probably live in an environment of fight and flight so they aren’t taken advantage of.  Where nobody has to be right in the situation. Where if the girls started throwing rocks they be in the same legal trouble.

If the kids are attacking you with offensive weapons, i think you may find you are perfectly at liberty to record the attack.

As a matter of fact, police would encourage you to do so if at all possible. 

Guy was simply out and about with his own family, and you dont have a shred of evidence to suggest otherwise aside from in your own sick and twisted head.

Why would you have an axe and a steak knife for restraint?

She's brandishing weapons, which does not look very restrained.

Point of fact that's considered rather antagonistic and assault under our law. 

And i would also point out that the full-grown man also showed restraint.

And foresight.

Because if he had reacted violently, we know exactly how that one would have gone down, and who would have been blamed.

They showed or brandished the weapons after being followed.

Do you have any evidence of an actual attack before the girls told the guy to stop following them.

And what law or laws in the UK to follow a “criminal” instead of calling the law.  And what law allows a grown man to fill strangers by following them.  Especially after being told to stop following them.

I’m guessing none.  I’m guess UK law requires a person to retreat, only defend themselves if cornered, and is required not to purse a criminal as a civilian, and is obligated to make themselves safe and contact the police as soon as possible.
