You can’t even carry a hatchet for self defense.  Is that false.  So if they girls were actually physically assaulted, they still could be charged for carrying a hatchet for self defense.  Is that a false statement.

How many times do you have to be told that a brandishing a hatchet in a public place is illegal!

Hypothetical situation.

The grown man is white(thus can't be confused as being part of any Pakistani Muslim rape gangs), out with his family, and those little neds decided to start brandishing weapons at people, hurling insults and abuse. 

Is he not allowed to film the horrible little neds causing such a display and disturbance?

Is he allowed to phone the police? 

I bet your answer would change in a heartbeat, not that you will care to admit it.

As to the reason he was not charged.

I think you might find that had something to do with the fact that he did not break any laws or was carrying any offensive weapons.

Again, not that it's sinking in, you can't carry hatchets here in the UK for self-defence purposes, that's just the law which you will have to deal with, same as those pesky facts.

 So.  At the very least the narrative of the video was for evidence was destroyed.  Where you still have no proof who actuality reported the incident.  With no proof it was only reported other than it was posed online.  How did the video end up as a spectral and not with the cops.  Who made the call and reported the incident.  Do you have a link that actually states who how they saw it to report it.  

An actual adult would have dropped back and immediately called emergency services and stayed on the line with then reporting.  Not going casing underage girls with a video camera with the wife in toe.  That’s my first thought have my wife chase me while I chase after young teenage girls I thought could harm my wife.   Is the situation that messed up.  Any proof the guy told the wife to seek safety and make the call.  Any proof she made the call.

Even mentions when the police were called and where the police got the rest of the footage and the name of the grocery store that caught it. Apparently, the girls were harassing the couple. Has a few pictures of the lovely couple and some singles of the man

If the guy was supposedly filming the girls by following them where they told him to stop, I’m asking the obvious questions and time line.

If the video was going to be evidence how did it get online.  

My claim is the video was reported because it ended up on line.  The opposite view it was reported otherwise where people can’t provide who actual reported the incident and as in when it was reported relating to when the video was actually posted.  Like security video.  I can leave my shop, have it broken into over night, and the person opening the store can report the incident because something made them watch the security video from over night on the server.
