That map is also incorrect.

Missouri is a constitutional carry state.

Open carry and concealed carry are legal without a CCP if you're 19 or older and able to legally possess a firearm.

Edit: Ok, the map isn't, the legend below states CCP required. That is what is wrong.

I meant the guy with the gun who threatened the neighbor was the guy that was in my orbit, not the guy that is the subject of this thread. The main point of my reply to you was that there was no need for a mind reading because it was a clear threat.

I am sorry I misunderstood your post.

Is there any legal definition of "assault weapon" in Illinois?

An assault weapon can be a stick if I intentionally hit someone with it. I will then have committed assault.

Assault weapon only applies to how guns are used. It it not a classification of them.

I'm sure they had the people with the least amount of firearm knowledge come up with the definitions.

Scary

Fully semi-automatic

High capacity clips

Vertical handgrips that make targets explode

Lasers that lock on and make the bullets follow targets

Oh, I think they would be more frightened of those self zeroing scopes. That takes part of the skill out of it.

You take a shot on a target and it compairs the sight picture when fired to where it hit. It then recommends correction and can automatically apply it to the scope.

I think that is how modern tanks work.

And yes, they think the more stuff stuck on a black gun is deadlier.

Does anyone sell a picatinny rail mounted Swiss army knife? That should scare them.
