You have any source to cite and establish law the federal Epstein law has any jurisdiction over state controlled evidence and state held grand juries and their proceedings.

In short, as im rather busy.

President = federal only law

And states = state law.

Does that about sum it up?

The us legislature has a had habit of making bad laws that violate older laws with standing.

Do you have any evidence than character assassination that the DOJ is doing anything other than trying to balance a lazy feel good law with established long standing law.

Your argument is just hand-waving now.

The DOJ's role isn't political theater, it enforces federal law within your constitutional limits.

Just a fact.

Can't give him a free pass on this.
Gotta' point out ALL the players.
They all suck.
Right now Trump is in the hot seat.
But Bidens fanny is still warm from when he was.

Too many from both sides and too many that control the strings to let this see the light of day. We’d damned heads to roll. And be right to do so. So yeah. Ain’t happening.

we’ll get aliens from Planet X before this in its totality.

This timeline sucks and this is our reality. Obfuscation and tax dollars at work right here.

Deal.

And yet.  If the current federal legislature was honest.  They could star working with the still living victims of Epstein to get their depositions and evidence on people of power.  Like the Ford testimony against Kavanaugh at his senate hearing.

Start filling lawsuits on their behalf.

But this is nothing more than a political football that stopped being about the victims long ago.

Where the DOJ is stuck between this feel good political theatre Epstein law and established laws that protects identities and victims rights.

Where the feel good Epstein law could have increased or created a budget for increasing manpower and created a commission of oversight.  Why didn’t the legislature do the obvious with long standing?

Possibly.

You know how i feel on the matter.

"Fiat justitia ruat caelum"

Let them all burn if they are guilty.

Trump is indeed in the "hot seat" so it's his bucket of water to carry.

And he's spilling it all over the floor.

Again, bucks and all that jazz.

Again.  The Biden administration had four years.  Comey’s own daughter was a prosecutor on the Epstein case.

Why didn’t the Epstein file dump law create a commission with knowledgeable people as oversight on this crap.

The "Epstein law" didn't mandate specific budgets or oversight commissions.

It merely tightened reporting and prosecution rules, so...

Again, Biden is not your POTUS.

But obfuscate away as much as you please.

The doorstep this landed on is rather clear.

And Trump sure a s@it cannot shovel away all that brown snow.

No matter how hard he may try.

Last-minute Christmas shopping to perform on my end.

Have fun trying to explain away the unexplainable.
