.btw fire ritual+mediation did great things for candles and incense. Depends on intent as always. You have to go through the full cycle over hours with the fire. For the mediation you can go up or down, I think Jack flew into the sun. Both ways contain the usual horrors and tests..integration takes a while

Edit: So far he keeps mentioning the observer effect and perhaps that may be the way to change or eliminate the realities that some believe are there.

I'll tell you this, when unclean spirits/entities intrude upon my psyche (let alone tell me to kneel before them and worship them), I have enough will and strength to face them down and tell them to leave, and they do.

He is good at looking at pathology, investigates things other people won't and for that I'm grateful. I don't agree with everything, but he is entertaining and brings good info

When one searches the whole globe for phenomena as we can very easily do these days you find all the phenomena... Nothing wrong with naming one once found there are many mysteries. You always have a choice also

Dreams! I can reveal some mysteries on dreams regarding messages and visitors. As silly as it sounds, you will know when you get a message or instructions. It will be like a vision, something you are shown and can be short. An easy example is you may be shown a book for instance, and in the dream there is just the book and a lesson that goes with it. It won't be a full dreamscape.
With visitors you will sometimes have two dreams or over many nights. These are normally the bizarre ones, there will be a emotional triggers. If occurring on the same night the first one will be the vision and the next dream will be something even more absurd to make you remember the first. Both dreams will be important. If the dreams occur over multiple nights, then you are going through some stuff..
