Let's see if this pans out and then we might know the rules of the new game. I am of the mind now that the governments have gone into looking after themselves, and that's worldwide. It's relevant because your worst-case scenarios with no factual basis are just a couple of the many possible conclusions. 

Just cause one pretends Trump's policies are do or die doesn't make it so, if the Democrats win back just 6-7 seats in 2026, a distinct possibility which would likely avert not only civil war but the overly concerned fascist takeover scenario.

Its how closely we are divided that will keep drastic fear-mongering scenarios from occurring
