With the protests of yesterday it may be that the U.S. people are starting a revolution of values, and if rioting is needed, well it seems that's okay with the Trump Administration and half the U.S. citizens.

I've made the same point several times over on ATS.....but I firmly believe that American's are by and large good people and certainly well intentioned.
When it comes down to it they know the difference between right and wrong and given the choice I'd still take the worst of America over the best of Russia. That's not naivety or blind faith just my opinion based on 59 years on this earth and my own life experiences.

You disagree, that's your choice.....and therein is one of the biggest differences, we still have a choice.

They are talking about Israel-Gaza ceasefire and may become emboldened to interfere some way, perhaps with the Iran government taking over from Hamas.

I am just hoping we can get a peace treaty signed in Ukraine within a month.  Per my yearly prediction entry in the Predictions thread, if it occurs I see Ukraine joining the EU, not NATO, and Russia keeping Donbass and Donetsk.
