I just watched Joe Rogan interviewing Michio Kaku, Physicist, and they are talking about alien visitation to psychic abilities, so here's another theory that may apply.
Michio posits that we now have the capability to digitize our thoughts (and dreams in the future) into a new coded language that a computer/robot/AI can understand and apply to tasks and which can also provide us with a digital picture. Let's move onto the fact that within quantum mechanics they are able to send data/information via quantum teleportation, albeit not very far at this point in time.
If we can imagine alien species are far more advanced than us, Michio posits that they may be able to send their digital mind/thoughts/feelings via some advanced form of quantum teleportation, perhaps within an avatar in a craft, where these streams of alien travel are everywhere in the cosmos, but we are just too dumb to see it.
Can we humans use our psychic or remote viewing outreach phenomenon as a means of bypassing the digitization process to directly connect to their teleportation streams?
More on remote viewing from a master: At 34:00 mark he explains why aliens craft crash, the good and bad aliens, what agreements the U.S. government has with the bad ETs (who run Earth and all elites), and the soft (cold) war between the good and bad aliens. Good ETs are free will fanatics and who are communicating with the human masses and not the government/bad aliens. (This concept explains a lot for me.)
