Now older and wiser ready to debunk the absurd and to promote more critical thinking and increase the intelligence of those still in the dark. To do that you need to learn to meditate and people have a differing opinion on what meditation is however I can give you the mechanics of meditation on how meditation works and what you need to do to do it.
