Fred!!  Great to see you here man!   As you might remember, I am very much involved in medical research, so you and me have a lot to talk about if you're willing.   

I think that being skeptical about UFOlogy is the proper tactic.   I personally believe there are "others" out there, but I can't guess where they come from or when they come from or even if they might be in the depths of our own oceans, of which we know nearly nothing about.   I only know that I am critically skeptical about things I see, because we are in an age where technology can make anything, and we can no longer believe what we see in video.   We should all remain skeptical about everything, because that course leads us to critical thinking about those things which are curious to us all.  

That was a long paragraph, no?   Do you recall that I am occasionally verbose?   I'm so glad to see you here.   You have so much to offer.   No pressure.  :D :D
