I agree with you. I don't think they out-and-out lie, but the spin that a distasteful comment in passing is some kind of imminent death-threat is ridiculous. Pinkhairs are more likely to scratch than shoot. 
She is signalling that she wouldn't be sad at all, and might even be rather pleased, to see them succumb to political violence. That's a problem, as it speaks to an acceptance of violence in general from the left, but it is not a specific threat. In my opinion.

Okay DB, I think you're correct, and Obama and Biden definitely did make infringements and "dictate what the people can say or do", but I'll just point out to anyone who may have missed it that we all think your definition of Marxist is weird.
