Quote:The First Amendment protects the right of people to peaceably assemble, a cornerstone of our participatory system. This right has its roots in English history, evolving from the Magna Carta to the English Bill of Rights, which influenced the Framers of the Constitution.
Assembly is integral to free speech and press, fostering an environment where citizens can voice their concerns. This concept is embedded in United States history, from the slavery debate in the 1830s to the civil rights movement.
Notable cases have shaped our understanding of the right to assemble:- Cruikshank case (1876): Acknowledged that preventing peaceful gatherings violated national citizenship rights.
- Hague v. CIO: Ruled against giving city officials absolute discretion over public assemblies
The right to assemble is a vital tool for ensuring citizens' voices are heard in our constitutional republic. From historical protests to modern movements, this right continues to shape our nation's journey toward more inclusive and responsive governance. The First Amendment remains the bedrock of this freedom, preserving the principles envisioned by the Founding Fathers.

They'd probably think the people were a bunch of idiots ... protesting against enforcing the common sense rule of law and in favor of an invasion of criminal illegal aliens.

If you watch the video of these protest people being interviewed .. it always seems to turn out that it's 60 year old affluent white women with short hair cuts ... and for some reason they like to sing a lot, and sing off key.

Don't forget... at that time all of us were technically 'illegal' aliens. And many, if not the entire populations were considered 'criminals' by "polite society"... it's in their press... historians haven't erased that yet.
I think we should stick with prosecuting criminals... and actually hinge our success stories on successfully rescuing desperate refugees.
But hey... I don't lie for a living... so I must not have any good ideas.

You quoted me as having said this and I did not. See if you can remove it because I did not say it .. and it sounds like someone copied and pasted that from AI or something .... - "The right to assemble is a fundamental aspect of American constitutional law, deeply rooted in the history and principles that shaped the United States. My statement stands ... these people are protesting against the results of a fair and accurate election. They are protesting against the President of the United States upholding the law ... common sense law at that. They are sore losers.

Which has nothing to do with what I said.
As I said before .. the J6 crowd were idiots protesting against a fair democratic election result. They were the threat to democracy. The 'no kings' protestors are protesting against a fair democratic election result. They protest against the laws of the land being enforced. They are a threat to democracy just as the J6 crowd were.

Not a claim, if you had been paying attention it has been proven that illegals voted, dead people voted, and some voted twice.
Why did almost 8 million more people vote Democrat in 2020 than in 2024?
