Okay, one more nice and legal diatribe for the road with this thread. 

Look, this is just my slightly misandrist bias talking, but the "conservative male cop" shot at her for giving him shit + insubordination. Not respecting his authority and an underlying hatred of liberals, especially ones going out of their way to give him grief. 

They don't like contempt. They Don't like liberals. They dont like getting shit for their jobs. Do the math.

But (the cop who filmed and fired) was off to side.  In every shot he was NOT in danger of being run over. I think she freaked out when (the other cop grabbed her door) and was turning to drive straight away from (all police), which is a typical female confrontation "flight reflex."

His confrontational reflex is to shoot first, which speaks to an underlying domineering personality without even knowing him.

She was not trying to run him down. She was trying to evade him. And even the Arkansas Highway Patrol waits until your doing 90 running from them to flip you into a ditch and kill you legally. 

This ICE agent, The AHS, they all from the same fraternal good old boy system of law enforcement. 

He was as primed as any other person that pulls out their phone to film someone they are confronting. 

Ever met a non-confrontational person pulling out their phone like that? Always righteous and shame adjacent. Always to "get this [blank] overstepping their bounds on film."

The street where Renee Good was shot was an open, public street, not a closed one. Her vehicle was partially blocking traffic, but other cars, including federal agents' vehicles, were able to pass around her at the time.

There's that too.

But you go-ahead and try to gaslight our DIRECT OBSERVATION and character profiling abilities.

She WANTED a confrontation with ICE. She let her hatred of ICE put her in the position to be shot by a mutual hatred.

And his hatred WANTED to teach her a lesson for that.

I empathize with her, because a lot of people want to confront ICE. A lot of people don't want Trump's made up xenophonic propaganda war in our cities. 

For both: 

Overzealous.
Unconsciously reckless.

For her, didn't think through yelling at ICE agents. 
For him, excessive use of deadly force all the way.

Just another brick in the wall.

*But* at least we have ALL learned to "Never confront ICE agents from a moving vehicle, or impede their vehicles."

If anything this raised our resolve (with our very own fallen martyr) and sent us back to the sidewalk, with the other legal observers, to not get shot when we yell at ICE.

When she reversed, she turned her wheel to the right which swung the front end around to the left which then put the cop directly in front of her vehicle.
