So it was an offshoot of the 80s/90s Crack epidemic and popularization of black culture.
Took off mainly in the doctrine of white supremacy groups, which was adopted by 90s young republicans, and made for talking points of government waste, lost jobs, and law and order, which took away the racism part, before landing in public consciousness and becoming a bigger and bigger issue over time.

At least we had the Unruh Act -- Equal Rights 1959 -- 5 years before the Federal Civil Rights Act. Still blows my mind I was a senior in high school when people of color were allowed by law to be equal. This happened in my lifetime.
I think you're right the Skin Heads and Christian Nationalists took over the Republican party.
Quote:The Unruh Civil Rights Act (is an expansive 1959 California law that prohibits California businesses from engaging in unlawful discrimination against all persons (consumers) within California's jurisdiction, where the unlawful discrimination is in part based on a person's sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status.
The Unruh Act applies to all businesses in California including: hotels and motels, restaurants, theaters, hospitals, barber and beauty shops, housing accommodations, and retail establishments. The law was enacted in 1959 and was named for its author, Jesse M. Unruh. T

Yes -- it's the escalation of aggressive and extreme tactics that is the main issue.

My cousin was a teacher in a migrant camp. Because of this political campaign -- everything got shut down.
Are you saying they’re not taking American jobs?
I was in construction for 45 years and can tell you firsthand endless things they did that hurt Americans. I experienced stagnant wages because of them for decades and having jobs under bid, etc….

Remember when the Feds had to go into a state to enforce the law because the state wasn’t doing it themselves?
The Little Rock Nine remembers.

My older brother was a contractor.
My younger brother was a framer.
Most of the workers were "Jose's" -- stand on a corner til someone picks them up.
Hard work and reliability mattered most.

That’s all on the people protesting and idiots like Walz and Frey inciting violence, they’re anything but peaceful. How you haven’t figured that out already is beyond me.
Maybe try blaming the people that let them in, ya know….root causes and stuff…..

Yes -- and then began the building of many private Christian schools.
They weren't about religion.

Here’s another thing you’re not understanding.
ICE is there for the criminal illegals.
The states not only wouldn’t help but they are actively obstructing.
Instead of just going to the jails and prisons and picking up these criminal illegals(like they used to when the locals cooperated), now they have to go into neighborhoods and arrest them.
So now, do to these “sanctuary city” policies, if they come across other illegals, they get hooked and booked too.
You wanted that cake, now you gotta eat it all.

…and? Some of the hardest working people in the country are white males, used to be anyway, they’re a dying breed now. They’re primarily who built America, we didn’t have millions of illegals back in the day.
