Many of us have heard all the talk about the Sphinx being much older than has been traditionally thought due to all the water erosion it exhibits. Well there is a engineer from the University of Bologna that due to his dating method claims the Pyramid is more like 25,000 years old. I wasn't there so I am not convinced one way or the other but if he is right, how cool is that ?? hahaha
Edit to add it is my understanding there has never been a Pharaoh's mummy found in any of the 3 great pyramids so .....?

Quote:New Analysis Suggests That The Great Pyramid Of Giza Is Potentially 20,000 Years Older Than Experts ThoughtBy Cara Johnson | Edited By John KuroskiPublished February 3, 2026A new method that compares points of erosion on the Great Pyramid of Giza suggests that this iconic monument could have been constructed as early as 23000 B.C.E. — 20,000 years earlier than previously believed. The Great Pyramid of Giza, generally believed to have been built as the tomb of Pharaoh Khufu around 2575 B.C.E., is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. But what if it’s even older than that?
Alberto Donini, an engineer from the University of Bologna, recently applied a new dating system that he calls the “Relative Erosion Method” (REM) to the pyramid. Now, he’s claiming that his research suggests the famous landmark may have actually been built nearly 25,000 years ago.

Something I found a bit strange.
There are many stories from Egypt about the Israelites, Jesus fleeing to Egypt to avoid King Harrod, they even include several Pharaohs and then you have that Moses “went out to his own people and saw their hard labor…” ....but there's not one single word about pyramids.
They'd been there for over 2000 years by that time, so you'd think they at least get a paragraph or two about worshipping false Gods or idols.

I have considered (of course outta box) that the Lyran cat people may have built sphinx and pyramids. Keeping in mind that sometimes RA the Star-Sun God and his all seeing eye RE / Sekmhet are depicted as cats at times. It's definitely a mystery.
Wonders if any classified-withheld religious books speak more on the subject.

Really makes you wonder what is in those Books the Vatican has in their basement, huh ?
Maybe a mention of who actually built the pyramids and what they were really for.

Yes, there is probably lots of astronomical data hidden in the archives associated with NHI, as the WATCHERS are mentioned in the book of Enoch.

I am confused now. I recently read where the Sphinx water erosion testing showed that it's age coincided with the whole of the Giza infrastructure, so not older than the Giza pyramid ?
I believe the controversy lies in the dating method of the Giza pyramid, is that not the case? We discussed this on the other archaeology thread here at DI.

Think about what the keeper of the archives must know .... and he'll never tell.

Just pure dumbassery. The Great Pyramid was built during the reign of Khufu.
Also, the Vatican Library is in the process of digitally cataloging everything they have to put it online.

There are no stories from Egypt about the Israelites.
Those are Hebrew stories, not Egyptian stories.

Also... Egypt was a large country. You can visit New York and never go to the Statue of Liberty.
Even if the event happened per the story there'd be no reason for any of the pyramids to be mentioned.
