New Shepherd Launch
#21
They really do need to specify where space actually begins with this new space tourism industry because one astronaut says 50 km then others say above 100 km and in the video it is posited that it would be past 190,000 km.

How do you know they did not have a spiritual journey? Who are any of us to judge another's life journeys or how they define their experiences?

Wish I could say something positive, but the show is so bad. There is no foundation for inspiration. What obstacles did they overcome, even the door defeated them?  I'm not moved. It's boring, dull and pretentious. Now a circus spectacle, even the rocket is a joke.

But now that you mention it, there is president with building rockets and spiritual journeys. There is interesting things to do on the moon. hmmmm

Since when does a personal spiritual journey make international news?

The backlash from the ride is not about them talking the ride, it is about all the bragging in the news about it. MSM bringing attention to paying tourists as if they actually contributed something to the flight other than money and mass.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

The only way to find out is to ask them yourself, but it looks like it's a CF party for those who can't be bothered to see it any other way.

Then you've missed their points of view as well as others' who get it.

Oh, I get it. The problem is with the ones telling this story.

They personally may have had a moving experience. But does that rate international news?

Celebrities being celebrities is all the news coverage shows in most cases.

Here again, you would need to question those who deemed it worthy news and why, right?

Okay. Who and why did they think this was a good idea?

edit: shouldn't have commented in this thread sorry. I don't understand the US politics at all, it's all weird.
