Modifying a single generated quote tag in the source to create a shell template and then copy/pasting however many you need. I removed the two parameters on the right and just left the username.

I actually think I like this way the best and it seems to be the easiest and least cumbersome.

Yes, that works, but it can create some confusion if you quote something from another thread because you're losing the link that takes the reader to that source. Anyone reading won't know where it came from.

In those cases, you could either:

a) simulate a reply in the source thread and copy and paste it over to the topic you intend to reply to;

b) manually copy the url of the post in question and add it to your post as the source;

c) use the last method in my tutorial.
