I finally had an encounter in the penultimate tape and all I need to do was die. Ja so I'm dead and the last tape is on the other side along with the message. See you folks there!

(Yesterday, 01:49 AM)Sirius Wrote: Nearing the end of this saga, 2 or 3 tapes left.  So glad this almost over.

Things has definitely gotten weird.  It's getting hard to come back after sessions.

Started getting auditory hallucinations some time back, can't even remember (2-3 days). It started with monks chanting ohm, I shit you not and why I have not mentioned it. It was very subtle, couldn't figured out what I was hearing at the start and if it was coming from the tapes or if it was something else going on.

Last night I heard music, like a old song from the 60 or something. Some kind of cheap sounding string instruments. At first I didn't notice and was just listing to the music playing while following the instructions and then the full horror set in in and I was just so confused about what I was listening to and where it was coming from.

Robert doesn't narrate the later tapes, it's some other guy. Everything ends with giving gratitude.  I'm going into portals.  I'm seeing entities.  You are instructed to call 4 entities to help lift you out of your body, didn't use them, used my own Tongue  But might next time. I think the next session was the start of the portal thing.

I'm constantly in a daze, it's an ordeal at this point in time and I just want to get over the line. Many things linger after sessions, everything is weird.

btw. you can go into your aura, it's like a portal also.

edit: the auditory stuff is seriously whacked, it sounds super real, the song was a complete song. I was listening to it for a while before I realized it can't be real. I don't make music, zero talent.
edit2: apparently the auditory stuff is normal for deep meditation.  Need a deeper dive into wtf this is..

There shouldn't really be anything lingering after your sessions . I recommend more cleansing/hygienic work like banishings and meditations.
Hearing things while you are deep in the state is one thing, but it shouldn't be happening afterwards.  You need to ground :)

Oh wow no, no lingering audible stuff. That would drive me nuts  Tongue I hope such a side-effect doesn't actually exist.

A better conclusion is maybe needed.

First of all the tapes are amazing and I am grateful. My only regret is going through them so quickly. The tapes tells a long story, or journey is more appropriate. You are the main character.  Saying everything would spoil it. The techniques are also solid to achieve deep meditation.

No the audible stuff does not linger and apparently a normal experience that I just never new was a thing or forgot the moment I heard about it.

About the poltergeist activity. Something pushing down on the mattress or bumping me continues to be a thing early on in the sessions. What I have learned is that these are muscle contractions that happen, just with the feeling of tension and touch suppressed. This completely trips your brain out and it can manifest the sensation elsewhere because it's loosing the sense of locality.  These nerves that short out can happen in sync on both sides of the body.

The little demon/elf thing that came down the stairs. Yeah, that was fucking weird and if I wasn't actively engaged in an exercise to suppress fear I would have lost it. Eye goobers/floaters and that's what I'm sticking with. At first I saw something and when I focused it stopped. When I stopped focusing it moved quickly down the stairs and stopped. Then it moved quickly right up to me. Sound like a ghosts but it's also how your eye moves. I was in a hypnagogic state when that happened. I was also confronting the fear of death at that very moment..as part of the exercise, you pull all fears out and hung it up in the air.

The tapes also exploit eye movement and the sound that whirls around in your head. Combined with that, your eyes will flutter open or not close fully all the time while you are relaxed AND you are not fully aware when this starts. Sometimes you only pick it up after a while. Your brain can not make sense of all of this and gets confused.

The tapes consists of techniques and inherently has no meaning other than what you attach to it. You can expand, or shorten and do whatever you like.

My recommendation is to do them slowly over weeks, you will have a profound experience that takes you on a inner journey of discovery where you can rekindle whatever faith you believe in.

I agree. I use Christian affirmations with it and it works fine.

But again I stick just to the focus 10 and 12 which is before the other things I don’t want to engage with.

works great for meditation and relaxation.

this is tech, and the tech works for entraining brain to certain mental states.

A cool trick about the focuses is that you can loop them around. You can get in and out of the states very quickly once you learn them. Start with focus 12 and pretend that is 3 and repeat everything else. Mostly what happens is just a reset and you get a new journey. Falling asleep is an issue, so you have to skirt the hypnagogic line and you learn how to do this. Surfing the astral plane...

Everything I am reading lately about astral projection recommends practising in a chair, sitting . Even if laying down and doing it is not a problem for you, and you don't fall asleep, it's supposedly still better for training your brain to be able to relax no matter what.   The last few months since I got back into it I have been doing it laying on the carpet.  But I will try sitting , soon. If not 'God asana' in a chair than even half lotus on the floor.

Falling asleep is a feature, not a detriment for me.

PTSD is horrific on the body and I use this for… medicinal help.

Having it help me avoid bathroom and putting me sleep until better is wonderful.
