I thought I also heard that since MN doesn't have the death penalty, they were looking to move this to the federal side to prosecute.

His roommate Papa John Carlson has been expanding on his right wing views. I don't think I believe all that, he sounds to be repeating a narrative to pigeonhole the guy. Was he going to say he's a rainbow flag waver or pro illegal? Somebody's leaning on him and his buddies because they must have heard something. But did nothing.

The BCA revealed over the weekend that law enforcement had recovered the notebook and that it contained the list of lawmakers, including pro-choice supporters, and "No Kings" papers.

The head of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension clarified Sunday that Boelter's notebook contained a list of lawmakers but not ideological writings.

So no manifesto per se, but notes and lists that are good enough. 

Federal prosecutors confirmed 45 Democrats were listed, including dozens of Minnesota lawmakers and members of Congress such as Rep. Angie Craig, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Sen. Tina Smith. It also included members of Planned Parenthood, philanthropist MacKenzie Scott, who has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to the organization, and several healthcare centers across the Midwest. 

 

The list obtained by FOX 9 indicates Boelter was targeting politicians who support abortion rights and healthcare centers that provide related services. It specifically listed Planned Parenthood of North Central States as well as healthcare centers in Iowa and Nebraska.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, former Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman and Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan and Sen. Tina Smith were all listed under a section that said "added protections for abortions in MN."

The democratic republic of Congo. He allegedly just spent three years there. Its grand central for that part of Africa for human trafficking and genocide. He  worked part time picking up corpses for funeral homes and collecting.. eyes for organ donation. I think the religious anti gay anti abortion persona is all an act, all a narrative. He comes across as a sociopath phony and most likely had a double life. Which put him in contact with some very sick people and he could have been blackmailed or coerced into doing those shootings by them. David Carlson and now this  Paul Shroeder guy look to be trying to conceal his true nature, one that they were familiar with. 
     These two who got shot were responsible for stopping state money being spent for illegals. One wrote the bill and the other voted for it. That's billions going into the hands of many people with probably no oversight.
