If they are kicking about streets and parks with blades, i imagine they feel pretty safe.

And there is no maybe about it, wee neds carry mummys kitchen knife about with them and stab one another here in the UK, nearly every week.

It's not about vulnerability, it's about failing to comprehend what happens when you stick a knife into another human being or hit them over the head with an axe.

Half the time, they are not trying to murder one another, but that doesn't stop them from bleeding out and dying.

Of course things change. Half of England welcome immigrants and half of doesn't. Should the one's who don't want immigration be ignored? Allowing a Sihk to carry a knife for religious reason should be enough to allow carry for defense of English people in my opinion. His religion is not above someone's life. This goes for anyone, care less about race.
