The 500k # came from an Irish woman that was being interviewed before the June 12th date at which point the Schengen (sp) Line would no longer apply, and Ireland will now have to pay $20k per person they can’t accept. 

Could you give some more information? Schengen has nothing to do with immigrants or refugees, and the only June 12 deadline I have seen has nothing to do with it either.

It's influenced by a lot of things.

Like poverty, inequality, crime, social exclusion...

The man was found guilty in a court of law based on evidence and the law of the land.
