The whole idea of background checks is not to allow known criminals to have guns. Because they are in fact criminals, they ignor laws. That is what criminals do. They don't care about gun laws or other laws.
You are asking about information about non-existent people. They ether haven't broken certain laws yet or they are not legally in possession of a gun.
Are you going to ask about vegans that love real steaks next?

Okay...
Maybe I should have spelled that one out... drawn a picture.
Cartel and Sex workers are far less than 1% of total border encounters. Less than 1% of what comes in.
Likewise, far less than 1% Legal gun owners commit crimes.
So its a parallel outrage thing.
I could be equally as outraged by the less than 1% of legal gun-owning criminals lax gun control allows as you can be for the less than 1% of sex workers and cartel thugs, lax border enforcement allows in.
From a rhetorical standpoint, they are equally weak sauce because they misrepresent and use a minimal percentage to spark the outrage calling for social change.
The same way permissive gun laws are sensationalized to play to the left, open borders are sensationalized to play the right.
Despite the criminals each of these policies are exploited by being a tiny percentage, and not fair to the vast majority..
Now I know guns are legal. But when these people "flooded" across so were Amnesty Train Depot dropoffs.

Parse however you want, if they aren't here legally, then they're illegal aliens.
Deport them all.

So, less than 1% of leagle gun owners commit gun crimes. Yet 100% of illeagle aliens are illeagle. Those do not compare at all. Also asylum seakers are not illeagle aliens. They made arrangements before or when entering to seek asylum.
Illeagle aliens and asylum speakers do not compare at all.
Would you like to try for a square, a circle and a triangle? They are also different.
I know too much and question everything.

Lol... Well this was smart.
I forgot they are ALL horrible criminals that violated our border. I meant after that one crime they are all guilty of.
Call it a reflection of how illegal I consider violating that one law.
So one more time, THE VERY SIMPLE POINT of this comparison stands even the semantic assaults.
To focus on the sex workers, cartel fucks, and career criminals as representative of all undocumented border-crossers is like focusing on all gun owners as future school school shooters, killers, and armed robbers.
And each are used the same after the fact.
If a 19 year old American kid buys a legal AR15 and shoots up his old school the occurence is sensationalized and blown up to be an endemic problem of unregulated legal weapons. Viral madness follows and laws get proposed. People use it to cry about unregulated gun laws.
No do a freaking madlib with that.
If a 19 year old American kid buys a legal AR15 and shoots up his old school Biden-era insta-amnesty recipient rapes and strangles a girl at his university the occurence is sensationalized and blown up to be an endemic problem of unregulated legal weapons borders. Viral madness follows and laws get proposed. People use it to cry about unregulated gun laws immigration laws, despite both being a tiny exception to the rule.
This is more about the universal viral outrage of sensationalism and mindless herds.

You are describing the useful idiots. They are common on all sides of politics and sports fans. Many other organizations use them but mostly politics.
They are a revenue stream and can be used for loud organic looking propaganda. The sports fans are mainly just revenue streams.
All political parties have increased their use recently as propaganda tools. All they know is what their party tells them. They don't actually think. This is the realm of political extreamests.
Again, this is not a Trump thing. He is a symptom of modern American politics.

I get that anti-Americans don't want America to be great, but Americans?
If ya'll feel that way then move to North Korea or China.
America is already at a pinnacle, with internal operational statistics showing tremendous growth and efficiency, economic power in the world, military capability and creative output in the arts and media.
But the slogan isn't "Make America Great", it's "Make America Great Again", implying that there was some past legendary time that America has fallen away from.
This idea of legendary greatness has been used by oppressive regimes going back to Ancient Troy, Rome and Greece (and probably back into prehistory). Definitely it was used by the Italian Fascists and Nazi's.
Ask yourself, if a country is already at the forefront of the planet on so many things, is it reasonable or sane for it to waste effort and energy trying to get any greater?
Perhaps America, as a nation, needs to heal, chill-out and enjoy what they already have, because there are so many other poorer countries with better standards of living, more general comfort and happiness, more leisure, less internal division, and less crime.

Europeans did, and they called it "manifest destiny", but they were just 'illegals'.

So you agree that the illegals coming over to America are invaders and colonizers.
Noice.
