Nobody does anything without Trump's approval...nobody. If they do and it backfires, they are fired.

It flows from the top down with Trump and he only hires sycophant bootlickers who do his bidding. Why do I have to state this truth to any of you here?

That's how I see it and I don't watch the view so I don't know their rhetoric.

Still has nothing to do with the fact Disney / ABC fired Kimmel.  Where the employer has ever right and an obligation to investors to protect the company image and bottom line.  Where Kimmel stated misinformation as fact that he has made no effort to prove.  Where affiliates refused to air the misinformation protecting themselves and their investors from liable.  Where Kimmel still wanted to double down on the misinformation.  Where there is no sign of Disney / ABC of backing down and / or apologizing.

Disney / ABC cut a bad show that was costing investors and became a legal liability to its owners.

The execs themselves said he didn't say anything they felt warranted firing. They want Kimmel back. At least they did last week.

This is plain and simple, they wanted that big time merger to go through, so had to kiss the ring.

Looking at the attached source it seems that Jimmy was NOT fired by Trump or the FCC as has been stated repeatedly in this thread.  All Jimmy had to do, was stop lying and admit that what he said was untrue.  Jimmy decided that his hated for Trump and his supporters was more important than the hundreds of people that his show employeed.  THAT is who Jimmy is
