No.  The FBI, which is investigating this crime, and the Gov. of Utah have both released investigation information stating clearly that the shooter is not MAGA and that he was, for the past year, heavy into far left ideology.   Those are the facts.   That's not speculation.

The facts of the cause are being released with transparency concerning the evidence and timelines.

Let me spell it out for you.

Kimmel recently stated in a news article, I read, that his contract allows him free speech or artistic freedom.

So just the fact that ABC is asking him to come back with conditions, tells us that they are running scared of a potential lawsuit because he could use involuntary termination as the reason (connected to constructive dismissal).

If he believed what he said to be true, then he did not lie. Since there are no facts laid out from a court trial, the facts do not exist yet.

lol.  They’re not going to allow him to say what ever he wants to say without repercussions.  I’d love to see the terminology of that contract because I guarantee you it doesn’t allow him to say whatever he wants, especially the garbage lies he was spewing.   ABC still has FCC regulations to follow as far as what is best for public interest and I promise you that JK has to adhere to those regulations or be in violation of his own contract.   It’s not a free for all just because the studio gave you some creative wiggle room.  

ABC is not scared, they have more money than he does.  They gave him an option and he said no, so f him.  They own him.
