That's not true.
What I said is that there is nothing that can be done about their lies except not to vote for them.
That's 'firing' them.   
People who work for companies and corporations can be punished for lying .. .with getting fired straight out.
But you can't fire an elected official.  It doesn't work that way.
They have to commit a crime in order for them to be kicked out of office.
And telling a lie isn't a crime.   
(unless it's attached to a legal document or something like that.
I'm talking about the lies they make every day).
