Jimmy Kimmel pulled from the air over false comment about Kirk murder

Explain this big lie.

Seriously?  You already know what he did. 

He said that the shooter was MAGA and that MAGA was desperate to cover up that he was 'one of them'.

The fact is that the shooter was registered to no party, hadn't voted in any of the elections, hated Kirk who was totally MAGA, and was increasingly spouting leftist ideology (according to his own parents and roommate/lover).

Kimmel didn't tell a joke.  He was making a false inflammatory partisan statement that was a lie.  And news reports say that he intended to double down on it the next night but was cancelled before he could.   

He lied.   He incited hate and division.   And his bosses decided not to finance it anymore.

In a way....you're right. It's about the Left pushing a lie and got caught at it, but as long as it's a lie that does damage to the other party, they're fine with it. This is not about Free Speech, this is intentionally spreading lies and hate. Wasn't it the Left who screamed at the sky till they got laws against hate speech ?
