Jimmy Kimmel pulled from the air over false comment about Kirk murder

Because...narrative...and Trump is literally Hitler...and MAGA are fascists...and if you deny the narrative your words are literal violence...and REEEEE

You are not in the entertainment industry working as a comedian with an employment contract allowing artistic freedom, now are you?

And you need to do a little more reading, everything I've seen said an apology was asked for and he refused.

Conditions were asked for.  Not just an apology.  But that's the only thing made public.

I believe what it was claimed Jimmy said is:  "Why should I?"

Now its -- refer to my lawyer.

Even Bill Maher told him to ditch ABC and find a better station.

Nope.

The company that pays his salary determined he was a financial liability and that he wasn't performing up to their standards.   So they suspended him.   Looks like suspended with pay because of the contract.   Disney has the right to shit-can anyone who is a financial liability and who isn't performing to their standards.    You can't force a company to keep someone employed who is a liability.

The old “you can’t fire me because I quit”?

Really?

hahahahaha

Again.  All Kimmel has to do on his own time and dime with his own social media is prove “the shooter was one of the MAGA gang” wasn’t misinformation.  Yet Kimmel is strangely quite when not under the protection of ABC lawyers?  Where it’s his own dime?

They asked for him to come back. Disney and ABC are s**ting bricks right now because of the boycott and a potential law suit. All of his show's crew are also receiving pay...are they doing damage control?

There are RUMORS of talks, but there is no announcement that he was asked back.    You are daydreaming if you think DISNEY and ABC are shitting bricks.   That's ridiculous.   Lol  A boycott of Disney wouldn't hurt them at all and a lawsuit by Kimmel would go nowhere.   Disney has the right to take anyone off the air that they deem is a liability, as long as they pay the contract.   And the reason the shows crew are receiving pay is because there is a contract to do so, it has nothing to do with so called 'damage control'.

You live in fantasy land.

Have proof?  Or just innuendo on your part.

As posted before.

Bob Chapek didn’t destroy Disney, the liberal boycott isn’t going to do squat.
