People started to give reinforcement to what he says. Here is one example, he says if it’s nuclear it’s getting observed by UFOs. Usually orbs. They have good images of them. The numbers over nuclear sites increasing.

I saw this last night and found it very uncomfortable to watch, from the whistleblower's point of view. I got the sense that he was terrified and was trying to choose his words too carefully; although, that's like trying to put the genie back in the bottle.

Apparently, Knapp and Corbell run some kind of witness protection program, but I don’t see how they can keep him safe… unless, this was all melodramatic acting.

I’m holding off a final appraisal until Part II comes out.

It's a 'do nothing' scenario most likely due to what TPTB imagine how their citizens will react. If in doubt, do nothing. They talk and talk about putting legislation in place regarding declassification, but nothing is moving forward.

In the U.K. they are describing disclosure as controlled disclosure, which IMO is also a 'do nothing' measure.

They are not allowing the citizens to make the decisions about full disclosure.
