TERROR AT GIZA!!!
(with apologies to Robert Service)

The utter unknown is as tough as a bone and the truth does not visit there.
Pyramid and sphinx have provenance that stinks so another long look they would bear.
They’re hoary with age, so attempting to gauge their origins, the alts had decided,
was imperative for, and crucial what’s more, to the lifestyle their books had provided.
It was Hancock and Sitchin and after some bitchin Von Daniken joined in the fray
Childress had said he and Jimmy Corsetti would meet them there on the first day.
In Cairo they met, reservations all set, and discussed how to structure their con.
That night they all dreamed of the lucre extreme, then they met up at Giza at dawn.
The guards were all bribed and they’d purchased a guide so no strictures would get in the way.
They set up their rigging and started in digging then they noticed the smell of decay.
Childress stood up, wiped the sweat off his gut, and poked in the hole with a stick.
The reaction that came burned eterne in his brain and he let out a screech on the quick.
In the hole there did squirm like a fantastic worm a tentacle suckered and fanged.
No thoughts, but instead, in David’s big head, a massive alarm bell did clang.
Marshalltowns flew in the hullaballoo that arose when the finding was made.
AA Theorists whirled and, like little girls, ran shrieking and sobbing away.
All across the plateau with their helpers in tow, they fled; all their trappings eschewed.
If you watch the TV you can easily see to this day they are still quite unglued.

Ha ha - totally unbiased poem, not. Excellent.

Was it really a con or did they want to believe so hard that it became reality to them? Ha ha

There was an old man, bitter and sore, the alts had the fame
he was considered a bore.
He thought bronze could cut granite, his decision that work of precision
was easy, because he never experienced such a chore.
His attitude was arrogant, when proved wrong he was adamant
how could academia be wrong? The evidence was strong, even though
the sniff test would say, something stinks this way.
perhaps the trouble was the foundation, a structure of knowledge
built on fabrication? Only this I can say, the truth will out,
some fine day.

LOL
Nobody says granite was chiseled with bronze, though it would work.
Flint would take about one 100th of the time and works quite well.

Conversely, Hancock, Childress, Von Daniken, Corsetti ALL say there is a "city" under the pyramids going down 600 meters.

Will they be chiselling down there to find out or use LIDAR or just keep thinking it?

My poem predates that hoax. But maybe it will come true.

You’re quite the joker, I assume you’re joking and not lying.

Though to be fair Corsetti would claim just about anything it he thought it would bring him clicks and likes.

Not joking. Check his posts on X.
If you mean Egyptian stone working tools, not kidding there either.
Flint works faster than tool steel. At least 100 times faster than using arsenic copper.

Of course, you're right about Corsetti. He's a lying scumbag bottom feeder.
