I found this YouTube video from 60 Minutes. 




It's pretty intriguing. I've been interested in this since it started being reported on. I believe that either the Russians or Chinese governments are behind this. What's really scary is that they can do this to pretty much anyone, anywhere. Even where the President of the United States is. There was an attack in Vietnam where Vice President Kamala Harris was.

That was a good 60 Minutes programme.

I'm pretty sure there are more versions of these weapons around than any of us could ever understand, and not just Russian. Built into many objects that surround us and activated on demand or maybe on permenantly.

I think it's finally time to admit....perhaps Tin Foil hats are not such a silly idea any more.

The Defense Department has spent more than a year testing a device purchased in an undercover operation that some investigators think could be the cause of a series of mysterious ailments impacting US spies, diplomats and troops that are colloquially known as Havana Syndrome, according to four sources briefed on the matter.

And for those that had Russia as the culprit. You are at partly correct.

The device acquired by HSI produces pulsed radio waves, one of the sources said, which some officials and academics have speculated for years could be the cause of the incidents. Although the device is not entirely Russian in origin, it contains Russian components, this person added.

Not to throw the thread, but it’s been posted already that there are probably as many versions of these weapons as Hz or colors of the rainbow.

Voice-to-skull tech comes to mind. And sure it ain’t the same thing. But. I don’t think the agency Convention is up to snuff when it comes to this kind of proliferation. Plenty of accounts of people conducting attacks or acting erratic whereas a simple diagnosis of schizophrenia may not hold water. Anyway. Thanks for the thread.

Would agree with you there and god knows what they've been cooking up over the decades.

Back before cartoon journalism took over CNN was even reporting on the subject - strange to think this was over 40 years ago.
