It was during Bidens time in office when the war broke out.   The war continued for years with Biden in the Oval Office.   If someone is going to WHINE that Trump isn't getting anywhere with Russia/Ukraine because he's a psycho-narcissistic 3 year old ... then it is appropriate to bring up the FACT that nothing got done to stop the war for years with Biden.
