LOL, so true.  I can’t do menudo, it’s the grossest food I’ve ever had and I’ll eat damn near anything.  I’ve worked around Latinos my whole life and can smell it coming out of their body, it’s gross.

I'm 100% positive you guys haven't had authentic menudo, you can tell if it didnt have onions or lemon juice in it. It probably was some watery red crap u got from a hole in the wall. Home made menudo is very flavorful, I'll leave it at that. It takes a long time to cook and prepare its not a 20 minute meal.
