Rudy would likely be happier with his medical bills being paid, given his current situation and the significant financial difficulties he is facing.

Rudy in his own words talking about the incident with a friend he was with at the time. He is wearing a body brace, otherwise doing ok.

Events are consistent with reports so far. They saw a woman in distress on the other side of the road, turned around, pulled over, called police and waited at the scene. Took about 20 minutes for the police to arrive. Some concerns while waiting and trying to work out what is really going on.

When the police arrived, had a quick chat and asked to wait while they work out what is going on. An ambulance was called for the boyfriend of the distressed woman while the distressed woman got detained for suspected assault. Once it was wrapped up, Rudy had some pictures taken with the remaining police at the scene.

Rudy was in his car at the time with his seat belt on He turned back around to drive on the other side of the road and had finished driving past the scene. Then got hit hit from behind. Appears the driver got distracted by the police still at the scene. Perhaps she was driving too fast, while Rudy does not say it, maybe he was also going too slow in getting up to the road speed? He has no hard feelings towards the other driver.

Wishing him a speedy recovery. Certainly not a fan of his recent court case attempts but the guy deserves full credit for rendering assistance to a person in need and shows Guliani's true character as someone who helps those in need.

Most people would drive on and ignore it which seems to be the case here so it's unfortunate he was involved in an accident shortly after. If claims he has no hard feelings to the driver are true then he deserves even more praise as most, including myself, wouldn't forgive so quickly if injured so badly.
