Here this judge is telling us he is going to keep secret what we already know. If we already know what he has, then releasing it with names redacted isn't going to hurt anything. But again, I am not keen on accusing someone from secrecy, that needs to go. It reeks of dictatorship. Anyone can be tried and imprisoned with secret witnesses.
Transparency and the evidence are what's required, not secrecy.
