Oh wait, he's a non-white...no pardon for you.

Trump's blanket pardon does not specify whites only.
Quote: I further direct the Attorney General to pursue dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments against individuals for their conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.

GRANTING PARDONS AND COMMUTATION OF SENTENCES FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES RELATING TO THE EVENTS AT OR NEAR THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL ON JANUARY 6, 2021

I suppose the AG will claim that he isn't covered because no pending indictment for him existed on the date the blanket pardon was signed; Jan 20, 2025.

Funny irony:
If Garland's DOJ had found and indicted him, then the Trump pardon would for sure cover him.
There's a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. - Commander William Adama

According to the charging document:
Quote:...the FBI assessed that the two devices were both IEDs which contained a main explosive charge, a fuzing system, and a container. The FBI also assessed that the IEDs used a hard metal container (metal pipe nipples and end caps), which showed that weapon characteristics were present.

Whether or not the kitchen timer could be hooked up in such a way as to complete the circuit from battery to steel wool is irrelevant to calling it an IED.

Everyone should be outraged at what violence has and is still being waged because of Trump's lies and no blame is directed in his direction.  Trump can pardon anyone he wants at any time, but I don't think he will take accountability in this case.

"Speaking at a rally in Georgia in September, Trump trumpeted his familiar, baseless claim that the election was "corrupt" and "rigged."
"I have no doubt that we won, and we won big," Trump said. "The headlines claiming that Biden won are fake news — and a very big lie.""

Maybe he was influenced by BLM or ANTIFA.

Jake Tapper, CNN weenie, called the alleged bomber a white guy.

What can I say, Canadians warned us about the Loc-Nar back in 1981.
Seems Trump has "an angle"

You'll have to excuse me, I just finished reading Camus, The Stranger. It featured a big court scene.

And yet regardless of whatever the Trump administration made the arrest of the person leaving pipe bombs that the Biden administration sat on.

Don't lose sight of just how irresponsible and agenda-driven your government is and how they sow the seeds of conspiracy and disinformation to their base and to the media to manipulate those supporters that are easily fooled.

"Earlier this year, Bongino went further, telling his audience that the FBI knew the identity of the bomber and “just doesn’t want to tell us because it was an inside job.”"

"Weeks earlier, far-right news outlet The Blaze, which was founded by Glenn Beck, published an article claiming that the suspect was a former law enforcement official identified by a computer analysis of the way the person walked. The outlet has since retracted the article.
The baseless claims exploded online, but Bongino pushed back against the allegations."

Bongino backs off Jan. 6 pipe bomb conspiracies he called 'inside job'

Those few sown seeds without evidence were then spun into what MAGA decided was an inside job by a female capitol officer because they said her gait matched exactly the gait of the suspect.

This should alarm people, it's reminiscent of an old Western movie where the townsfolk incite themselves into a lynch mob.
