I might be tempted.

Tempting as it may be, I would caution you against hiring a manservant who is less than average height.

And beware suave, British secret agents who drop in unannounced.

Especially if you happen to have more than the customary two nipples!

Same thing. One ticket only. Last week I matched ZERO numbers.  Lol If I won I would give the majority of it to my local public library. I don't really need any more money myself. I don't want a yacht. I like my current house. I'd give some to my SIL because she is so damn stupid about money. Statistically I know very well it's a fool's game. But one ticket? What the hell...
Everything hurts and I'm tired.

The jackpot is now up to $1.7 Billion.

If there is a winner, and they take the lump sum, they'd get about 1/4 of it.

That's a lot of money!

Yeah, I didn't win last night.  Evidently you guys know that because I am posting, I most definitely would have had a heart attack if I won.  I am going to buy a few tickets for the next drawing so if I quit posting, you know I won.

If I do win and survive, I am going to go out and buy ten more cans of coffee.  My luck, if I win, coffee will disappear off the planet.

I think we have a better chance of getting hit by an meteor than winning the powerball....at least that is my luck.  But a cup of coffee in the restaurant I go to is now three and a half bucks plus tip, so it is worth buying a few tickets.  I'll just order water next time I go there to eat instead of coffee.

UPDATE ... Saturdays drawing is now upped to $1.8 billion.

If I win I won't be telling anyone.
Hopefully I can keep it out of the press.

I would gift half of it to my best buddy that buys tickets for us.   That's a special level of trust.

I would get laser surgery and heart surgery for myself, and knee replacements for my Darlin'.   I would build a second storey on our house with an elevator and an enclosed porch on the ground level.

I would build a very efficient Trade School nearby and fund it for the next 50 years, including maintenance.

I would fund a proper European-style  protected bike/walking path all around where I live.  I would study and discover a manner of enhancing the disenfranchised folk where I live.  Perhaps made a working farm where they were housed comfortably and got paid for farming.

I would buy a 32-foot Ranger Trawler, for when we wanted to sport about, and hire a proper captain to teach us to run it.

I would purchase as much of land as I could afford without going broke adjacent to the Selway-Bitterroot National Forest in Idaho, and create a trust for the Indigenous Peoples -- primarily Shoshoni.

I would love to show my Darlin' Scotland, and Italy, and Alaska and also the Aurora Borealis.

I'm still posting, so I didn't have a heart attack from winning.  I feel so lucky that I did not win.
