Not a single one should slip through the net.

Amirite?

I understand the sentiment but who is going to investigate, litigate, and adjudicate these cases?

If you haven't noticed the American courts have become highly politicized, Im not sure how you resolve that either.

Not to mention overworked overly corrupt and extremely expensive

To me its quite strange that the lawsuit wasnt refiled while the Fox aka Joe Biden Administration was in the henhouse for 4 years from 2020 to ths past January 2025.  They have the Media, CIA, FBI and Judges in their back pockets.  Threats?

Trump is Trump but in my opinion hes NOT into kids. He loves experienced babes in strappy heels and big boobs. Look at his past wives. Stormy?

Recall that Mar A Largo FBI raid when they went through Melania's clothing? So what were they looking for? I was requested to analyze a picture of Trump by my Fed POC back in 2019. It related to having hs pants on backwards.

I enhanced the image and then I saw it as I put the image into negative. I still have it.

Was the FBI searching for the remote? As in the remotecontrol. Its similiar to a Drone Control. Possibly they were seeking the SIM card in the chip if one is in the embedded device. Really going off the reservation could they use that to track him? Then provide it to a contractor who is hanging around a golf course?

My vivid imagination and opinion, bast on fact [image]

....

This lawsuit couldn't have been refiled by the Biden Administration because it's a civil lawsuit.  Jane Doe v Trump and Epstein.  The federal government can't pick up a civil lawsuit on behalf of a Plaintiff because the government would have no standing. If Jane Doe decides to drop the lawsuit--for whatever reason--it's dead. The Biden Administration could only have prosecuted this as a criminal case, but the alleged crimes would have occurred so long ago that the statute of limitations would have expired.

let me go back and look at who filed what. I thought a private person filed the lawsuit and I asked so wth four years of a friendly administration with friendly judges, why wasnt it filed again?

It is fairly obvious why. Read the transcripts.

It was alleged that Trump threatened the victim and her family, and he had the position, power, money, criminal connections and will to follow through.

I couldn't have said it better myself.

Sorry but I disagree with you. Typically how one keeps others in check is by murder, threats and criminal connections. You mean to tell me that he does that when Biden, Clinton and Obama were never pursued and  crucified like he has been.

Its fairly obvious to me as I know how the government opeates as I was in a role for 30 years.
