Doe Vs. Trump
#1
Quote:Case 1:16-cv-07673-RA – Doe Vs. Trump: This case involved a lawsuit filed in 2016 by a plaintiff known as "Jane Doe," who alleged that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her in 1994 when she was 13 years old at the home of Jeffrey Epstein. The lawsuit claimed that Trump and Epstein engaged in sexual misconduct and that the plaintiff was threatened with harm if she spoke out. The case was voluntarily dismissed days before the 2016 election, with the plaintiff’s attorney citing threats against her safety. While the allegations never proceeded to trial, they remain a subject of controversy and public debate.

She was 13?
I really doubt this.
Not because of partisan loyalty to Trump.
I'm not a fan of the grifters personal life.
But because Trump seems to go for the older, trashy, had-lots-of-men, big boobs, too-much-makeup, tries to look classy but fails, type.   (Like Kimberly Guilfoyle who went with Don Jr).

A 40 year old experienced and trashy Kim Kardashian?  Yeah.
A 13 year old who never has been with guys?   No.
Could be.   But I doubt it.

What don't you get?
The guy is into trashy full grown women.
That's his type.
He's not ever been into kids that we can see.
That makes me doubt the truthfulness of a story about him going after a 13 year old kid.
He doesn't come across as a pedo.
He does come across as a masher.

Yeah sorry. I shouldn't even comment here.

A few things that bother me about this:
1 if there was any validity to this court filing, then why didn't it come back up when the Democrats wanted Trump to drop out of the election. Hell, I mean they tried to kill him at least twice.

2 Given that Epstein's name was being dropped, the question of brainwashing has to be in order here. Either the girl wasn't raped, or she was raped by someone that Jeff called Trump. Remember that one guy in Florida that legally had his name changed to Donald Trump.

3 lastly, this case was about back in 2016 when the Trotskyists were all about paying women to come forward with false rape allegations against Trump. How are we supposed to know if this was real or not given how they (the Trotskyists) muddied the waters on this topic.

I think that the evidence of this event ever happening with the now President Donald Trump will never come about, but I do wonder if that guy that changed his name to Donald Trump might have been a serial rapist that was being in Florida. Either way, without any development on this case it's going to be very hard to figure out where truth begins and propaganda ends.

I really cling to the idea that when it comes to 'celebrities' (political or otherwise) we may never learn who they truly are and what they've done... too many layers of media in the way.

It's problematic, isn't it?  Justice tainted by the political games those in power play?  If the allegations are true, the viability of the case is now at risk of losing its place because past "political persecution" can provide another layer of protection.

There's a lot of precedent that  cases such as these, in particular about Trump, have often been poorly framed, self-exculpatory, and in some notable instances clear abuses of prosecutorial authority... thus, one side claims persecution, the other side says that they are fighting a supervillain.

Theater much?

You can't judge these things in a public venue based upon media information... it's a lesson we should all learn soon.

I think that they too often over play their hand by vilifying whomever they go after. If the media just reported the raw news and allowed the public to decide on their own, then in most cases the public would go along with the facts and the media would need to worry about public opinion. It's really a shame that most outlets will propagandize the news rather than just report the facts.
