oh okay! in that case does anyone hate short people? i don't hate them, in fact some are quite nice, but sometimes i'm like: "hmm, you could be taller". does that count?

I do hate child and animal abusers.  Is that OK?

I gave the example of the person I read about who abused animals.   I hate what he did, but I instantly hated him as well, which I usually do not do.    I asked if people here hate other people for some reason or if they are able to separate the people from the bad acts they do.

If you can't get on topic and just call it a 'bashing thread' .. then you are free to go spew elsewhere.  Toodles.

That's the question ... is it okay to hate the animal abuser as well as what he does?
Or are you supposed to love the abuser no matter what?

Do you disagree with Trump engaging in foreign wars with taxpayer dollars when he said he would stop all wars? Do you hate him or feel any dislike for his about face ideology on that promise?

I don't like him.
I don't like things he does.
But I don't hate him personally.
(although he disgusts me)

Intense passionate dislike ... I felt it for the animal abuser.   
Usually I separate the two ... people from the act.
But in this case I did not.
That's why I asked the question.

How far does one turn the other cheek before allowing hate of the person?
Is hate of people who do bad okay, or is the bible right and you have to love the person anyways?
And if you have to .. how to love someone who tortures animals for example?
It's heroic love ... heroic mercy .... do you have it?
I have to say honestly that I do not.
