I have to start over and get back into a hypnogenic state then. It's also why I struggle with OOBE. Ja, those flashes disturbed me greatly. https://denyignorance.com/Thread-Do-you-...eam-states I call not love in human frame,

With eyes open you can often see astral trails, like mouse trails on your computer pointer. And auras. Third eye and normal eyes work together.

Even then the world's often just too noisy. I just used to stare at a blank wall, if you could hold it long enough it was like a black portal was opening up on the wall. Seemed easier to do staring at a poster. It's the loss of focus... I don't remember if that did anything for imagination but I'd imagine it would. I suspect it's where I developed IBV (intentional blurred vision) which has it's uses. Whenever I've had astral-like visions my eyes have always been closed and I didn't do any techniques or anything beforehand. Seemingly the only requirement is pure relaxation, a slipping into bliss that's not dissimilar to eating a satisfying meal and feeling sleepy. Feels like approaching sleep. It genuinely feels like you're watching/looking but it's all in the mind's eye. A room drenched in moonlight even if it's pitch black, like night vision. Almost as if the image was built from smoke. The next steps would be to manoeuvre within the creation. I always have images before achieving sleep. Last night it was stronger than normal though, a bit weird actually. Usually it's just flashes of 2D images, faces, objects, scenes etc. last night a lot of it was 3D with stronger colours.

i spent a lot of time in my thirties doing that ray i would stare at the upper corner of the room where wall meets wall meets ceiling, at the three lines that formed, and still my eyes until the lines disappeared, i think it is saccades which are the little jumpy moves the eye makes that paint the attention over the scene, they're almost constant and unnoticed, calm them and the L1&L2 visual system adapts and goes quiescence and L3 can tune in to the astral vision so to say for lack of better term. saccades are caused perhaps by the left and right souls in disharmony which is not unusual as they are different in manifestation after all that's life. bring peace to their battle and the struggle stops, the eyes stop casting awareness outside painting the walls everywhere, and the vision moves beyond illusion.
and if you wear glasses for goodness sake stop they are crystal matrix that shapes your vision and allows the beast at the end of time to monitor and quantum control and your perception.

I think us folks that can't do it is just dumb.
I skipped all the UFO and RV genes and just got the biblical ones. Resigned to that fact that any attempts from me here is going to take me down the spiral. I call not love in human frame,

I have my doubts UFO sighters are actually smarter but then that does depend on what's deemed intelligence and how it's measured. UFO abductees do tend to be a bit thick but so are bricklayers, yet the brickies I've met tended to be brilliant at maths. They tend to have excellent perception too if they're any good. I've gotten smarter since my own experiences (apparently) but I'd consider it normal to be smarter today than I was yesterday. What always irked me about ufology is the quickness to deem it all little green men.

I did specify 'abductees' as any of us could see a UFO. |
