What does "biology" say natural selection is doing there?

What in nature says, "because you can no longer be a hen, now you'll look and act like a rooster." Why did they evolve that trait? 

Your scientific explanation for why that all happens is all I really want from this....

I could very well have been honestly assessing myself, but you are right I am not mentally unwell or transgender. However, I don't believe every transgender feels that way and none of that changes the fact that state funds should not go to an emotional issue that is already being provided for elsewhere.

A transgender person is an individual. I’m sure some choose denial as many homosexuals have done. 

I’ve been following this for more than 30 years. Began when I worked for a company where I was the minority being straight. 

I remember when Michelangelo Signorile — on air — as a gay man publicly apologized for not supporting transgenders.
